It applies to property owners, tenants, prospective tenants, body corporate committee members and website visitors.
2. What we collect
- Owners: name, contact details, bank account details for rent disbursement, and property ownership documents.
- Tenants and applicants: name, contact details, identification documents, employment and income information, rental history, and referee details supplied as part of a tenancy application.
- Body corporate committees: contact details and correspondence relating to levies, meetings and by-law matters.
- Website visitors: only what you provide directly by phone or email. This site runs no analytics, tracking scripts or cookies.
3. How we use it
We use personal information to assess tenancy applications, manage leases and body corporate administration, arrange maintenance, collect and disburse rent, and communicate with owners, tenants and committees about their property or scheme.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We may disclose personal information to:
- Referees, previous agents and employers, to verify a tenancy application.
- Tenancy default databases (such as TICA or the National Tenancy Database), where a tenant breaches a tenancy agreement, in accordance with the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 (Qld).
- Tradespeople and contractors, to the extent necessary to carry out maintenance or repairs.
- The Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA), for bond lodgement and disputes.
- Body corporate managers, insurers and government authorities, where required for body corporate administration or by law.
We do not sell personal information, and do not disclose it for direct marketing by third parties.
5. Storage and security
